Returns & Exchanges
Being a small startup - we aim for customer satisfaction. We understand that you may have second thoughts about what you have purchased (we hope not) but if you do, we offer a gracious 30 day window for you to decide that you want either a refund or to return an item.
Before you start the return/exchange process, carefully read the following:
Returns
Items Must Be:

Unwashed, undried, unworn

Free of hair, lint, etc...

Free of any strong odors
-
Returned in original package
-
Free of excessive wrinkling
A good rule of thumb would be to have it untouched, sent back like we sent it to you.
Exchanges
Refer to our returns for how an item should be sent back for an exchange.
Include exchange instructions along with your order number.
If an item is damaged please send pictures to our email with your order number as the subject line.
Refunds
Once we receive your approved return and have inspected the item, then we will initiate the refund process which can take around 7 business days - credited back to the original payment.
